Introduction:
Over the years, as prices of hard drives have continued to fall while capacities grow, not to mention the increased spread of high-speed internet, data backup has become the industry norm. There is many reasons for someone needing extra space to backup their files, but some examples would be to backup your itunes folder or backing up all those irreplaceable family pictures. Where once there was only data sensitive corporations, security professionals and just plain guru's concerned with backing up their data, now a large number of everyday web surfers out there are backing up movies, music, pictures and more. Today I have for you a product that can help you backup your data easily and securely. Just add a hard drive of your choice and you're ready to backup your data. Kingwin is a company that has allowed us to review many (most) of their products over the years and we've generally always been pleased with the product(s). They do a nice job designing and building a quality product that does exactly what it's designed to do for a competitive price. Today I have another one of their new products by the name of the F-35 Hard Drive Enclosure. Features:
Specifications:
Packaging & Contents:
The retail packaging for the F-35 is typical and as expected. Included with the unit are the power cord/brick and a USB cable. Notice just how shiny the F-35 in black is. It's a fingerprint magnet with it's polished super smooth finish. I could do without that finish personally, but again, that's just personal opinion. I do like the slanted design of the unit though. It's got a solid platform and isn't tipsy at all. << Back to VH FrontPage | A Closer Look >>
